...Taco Bell, who hasnt eaten from there before last December? Of course everyone remembers Outbreak 2, you know the one where spinach, lettuce and Scallions (Green onions) tried to kill us all...No wait, scratch that, that was real! Yes, of course the resturant was in part responsible for a number of E-coli outbreaks throughout the country and basically made us question if it was safe to eat there ever again. If you dont believe me here's proof of what happened to the victims:
Okay, i exaggerate, but you get the point. since then sales have decreased for the resturant anad ebetEven though it has been a couple months, I'm sure it will take a long time for everyone to regain their trust.
Unforunately, i think that wait may just be a bit longer after watching this Friday Morning (And I Hope you're not eating anything before or after watching this. Especially anything from KenTaco Hut!):
The scary thing about this is that they had so many health violations last year and STILL managed to stay open! i dont know how they managed to pull that off, but im glad they shut it down. This not only puts a strain on the restarunt itself, but the fact that this places the entire fast food industry on watch for possible changes. we all know that this is big time trouble for Yum!(The company that owns Taco Bell, KFC, & Pizza Hut), and once something bad happens to Pizza Hut, hell maybe even sooner than that, Theyre screwed. I know i wont be eating from any of these places for a long, LONG Time!
And in terms of competition, You can tell taco bell really didnt think this "Superbowl ad" over (L8R):
